http://www.nhne.com/James Gregory was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1950, and graduated from Carleton University there in 1972 with an honors degree in Geology. Since his college work as a geologist, he has pursued a number of endeavors and occupations, such as Able Seaman in the Scandinavian Merchant Marine, trainer in the high-tech industry, social worker in a soup kitchen, and most recently Editor-in-Chief of the NHNE News Brief in Sedona, Arizona. He has travelled extensively and has lived in such diverse locations as Yellowknife, North West Territories; New York City; Bimini in the Bahamas; Katmandu, Nepal; Vancouver, British Columbia; Oceanside, Oregon; San Franciso and Virginia Beach.
His background in geology developed into a life-long interest in earth changes which lead him to Virginia Beach, where he lived for three years. There he met David Sunfellow and collaborated with him on a number of earth-change-related dramatic productions as well as two earth change conferences at the A.R.E. camp in the Blue Ridge Mountains. His interest also led him to Bimini, where he spent six months looking for the famed stones of Atlantis. He is now of the opinion that while world-wide earth changes (both in external and internal) are defintely coming, the world will survive the experience and will enter into a glorious period of peace and prosperity as the result.
In addition to writing and editing, his interests include hiking, video production, acting, singing, and reading. James is a member of the New Jerusalem Community in Sedona.
