Community Check List

Here is a copy of the list we've been using to organize our local community. We give everyone who attends our public meetings a copy of this check list, explain what it is and how it works during the meeting, encourage them to fill it out, and then collect them at the door. Later, we database the information and use it to create phone trees, track down people with specific talents and expertise, and form specialized groups.
